  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, etc.).

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Downloadable software or digital products.

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimwear, etc.).


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.


4. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges
