As I stitched these short on customer demand and its a Hand made product, so it takes 2,3 days for finishing. It takes 3 to 5 days for shipping. You will receive your item with in 6 to 8 working days.
Return Policy:
Standard-size, made-to-order, made-to-measure, personalized and custom-made products are accepted for return under our 30-day return policy. Request return authorization within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective item, or an item damaged in transit. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact orders@leatherwardrobe.com immediately for assistance. Refunds are subject to inspection and approval. SHIPPING POLICY: Our production and order handling time is 2-4 business days. Estimated shipping transit time is 4-6 business days. Most orders are delivered within 6-10 business days total.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Leather Wardrobe is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
